Dot.Cy is pleased to announce the successful completion of Dynamics CRM for Etisalat’s Enterprise & Government operations implementation!
The new system, dubbed Business Customer Relationship Management (BCRM), was ideated to expand, across several phased releases, the telecom giant’s now four-year-old CRM for Sales Force Automation (SFA) – a solution also implemented by Dot.Cy to overhaul the company’s operations on the Consumer and SMB fronts.
BCRM enlarges the scope of SFA by ambitiously including the telecom giant’s Enterprise and Government operations in synchrony with the pre-existing solution, covering needs encompassing Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, Automated Order Provisioning, and Product and Order Management, and includes a Mobility solution as well as a Channel Partner Portal.
As a testament to its early success, more than the 1,500 professionals using the then-current release of the system throughout 2016 were able to reach over 100,000 closed orders and manage over 80,000 support tickets.
Etisalat is the Middle East's leading telecommunications operator and one of the largest corporations in the six Arab countries of the Gulf Cooperation Council.
