TFIFX, the FX trading arm of TFI Public Company Limited, automated their business process and customer relationship management requirements with Microsoft Dynamics CRM implemented by Dot.Cy Developments.

TFI PCL was established in 1999 providing services relating to the broking of treasury products and the provision of trade finance services. TFI PCL was one of the pioneers introducing the concept of currency trading by launching its TFIFX, solid trading platform which targeted professional and experienced clients.

Dot.Cy's consulting team analyzed TFI's CRM requirements and designed a solution aimed to automate the company's business processes, integrate information from the company's client-facing, back-office, and online systems, as well as interface with payment gateways, in order to consolidate all customer information in a single platform. The 360 degrees view of the customer as well as business process automation provides TFI with a solid platform to realize its vision of total client satisfaction.
