MCS and Dot.Cy analyzed Jumeirah's sales and marketing business processes and designed and delivered an award-winning CRM solution which provides a unified platform to all of the group's business segments and global offices. The implementation covers the CRM needs for leisure, corporate and groups business segments and integrates with the organization's Data Warehouse as well as various business support systems. Jumeirah's attention to detail has been infused into the development of the CRM system and the result is a platform which is unique across the hospitality industry.
